Poem -

HELIOTROPIC CIVILITY

how brightness learns restraint

#Sunflowers do not chase the sun;

They practice allegiance.
Each dawn is a referendum of light,
each stem a patient constitution.
They turn without shouting,
consent without spectacle.
Gold learns discipline from orbit,
petals vote with silence.
Even at dusk, they remember
where warmth once argued best.
Hope, here, is not defiance—
It is educated attention.

Poem -
Sunflower, her always,
With her every yellow frock,
That makes my heart float,
Like a drunken man,
In the streets of my life!
A young gentleman,
Defeated with a dose of love,
A drug for soothing dizziness,
Oh, is this how love feels, so?
Her lips will meet mine,
And heaven will be pleased,
Love will shower like rain,
And, soul will taste like fine wine!

Poem -
The Sorrowful Sunflower
It stands where summer forgot to stay,
A yellow it no longer believes in.
Its face follows a sun that keeps its distance.
Once, turning was instinct,
Now it feels like an obligation.
Devotion has weight,
And light demands loyalty without promising warmth.
Its seeds grow heavy with unsaid things,
Small futures it will never witness.
By morning, it will stand again
Not because it believes,
But because it wonders
If all of this -
It was only ever a mirage. 🌻💔

Poem -
The petals steal the colour from the sun,
The bees keep flirting around,
just for fun.
Standing there, gleaming bright
That sunflower and
its light.

Poem -

Sunflowers rise with borrowed gold,
Turning their faces to borrowed light.
They stand like hope in fields of green,
The gleaming pinnacles
Giving lessons to the sun to shine.

Dwelling deep within the silent earth,
They bloom without any doubt whatsoever.
Even storms cannot lower their heads,

For faith is always lifting them up.
When the sky becomes weary and the days are too short,

There are times
Sunflowers also prefer to rise. “They remind the world—
soft yet strong—”
Light begins where courage begins.

Poem -
The sun blazed bright beyond the haze,
Yet clouds would dim its golden rays.
Still sunflowers turned so pure, so true,
to chase the warmth the heavens threw.

Fields of gold in morning’s gleam,
whispers softly, “live your dream.”

For youth once flown won’t drift again,
so dance through joy and sing through rain.
Rise to the sky, your hopes unfurl,
let courage spin your inner swirl.

Make each dawn your guiding prize,
like sunflowers, reach for endless skies.
