Day 1 Prompt - Galaxy.

Title: The Celestial Embrace

By Dr. Romila Chitturi

Behold the grand, celestial sea,

Where time dissolves in mystery.

A spiral arm of silver grace

That curves across the depth of space.

Here, stardust weaves a gentle thread,

Through voids where silent giants tread.

No coldness reigns within this sphere,

But radiant warmth draws us near.

From glowing core to outer rim,

The lights of ages never dim.

We travel on this ship of pearl,

As constellated maps unfurl.

So look above with humble eyes.

To see our kinship in the skies;

United by gravity’s soft hand

Within this vast and glittering land.

The galaxy, a beacon bright,

To guide us through the velvet night.

By Dr. Sarvani

Poem on Galaxy.

I gazed into the dark sky, heavy with grief,

lost in a hollow of despair.

Then—

a tiny light stirred, a trembling spark

that grew brighter the longer I dared to look.

It whispered softly, “Hold to hope;

What you seek will find you.”

And suddenly I knew:

that little star in the endless galaxy

was a mirror to my mind—

showing me how one small, aching thought

had eclipsed the countless possibilities,

the constellations of light

still shining all around me.

By Sujata Maggoo

A Poem on Galaxy.

Across the wounded midnight sky,
A lonely star begins to cry.
Yet tears turn soft to silver light
Spreading the hope over the night.

Nebulas bloom where pain once lived.
And turning scars into gifts, they give.
Even shattered stars still shine,
Healing slowly, in their own time.

Darkness trembles at their flame,
Mumbling softly, "Rise again."
Comets carry unspoken fears.
Tracing strength through forgotten tears.

The universe listens when hearts break.
It collects sorrow for the sake of the dawn.
Every shadow conceals tender light.
 Every silence births new sight.

Constellations embrace the lost,
Holding them close, whatever the cost.
 Storm-born stars refuse to fall.
They rise, they rise — they outshine all.

Your soul stretches, brave and free,
 A shaking, ever-growing galaxy.
Shine, even if the world says no—
 You were born from stardust,
destined to glow.

Poem by Reubenna Dutta on Galaxy.

Title - The Galaxy of My Mind.

My mind- fragile and soft
Travels on a periodical loft.
Lucid, molten at the moment,
Moving ahead as a woken serpent.
It took a long time for it to rise,
Blocked from fear, resentment, and despise.
Now it's  ready, open and free,
Surpassing the world, towards the galaxy.
Awake- fresh, infant roaming the Milky Way,
Falling, standing, again walking, not astray.
The stars, the moons await it,
My mind- free and lucid,
Would soak in the joy of every bit.
